Jaros Salmi
Jaros Salmi has been in the Nautical environment since the 80s as a boat Captain and has extensive experience in the administrative and financial fields.
Jaros Salmi was skipper for more than 20 years and won multiple championships in Brazil like, Regatta Santos Rio, Circuito Rio, Campeonato Brasileiro, Semana de Vela de Ilha Bela, Campeonato Santista, Recife/ Fernando de Noronha, among others.
He moved to the United States in 2008 when he was in the administrative field. Despite working inside companies throughout the week, on the weekends the sea remained his main form of exercise and pleasure. He has been working with and enjoying the company of Pedro Camargo who has traveled and experienced the world over as a boat sailor in the period that he was a saling boat owner braving the Caribbean Sea.
His experience in the administrative field include American, European, Central and South American Companies. He is a perfectionist and master of details always saving money for all the companies that he has served. He worked in aircraft companies, Oil and Gas, and Boat Companies.
After 7 years enjoying a lot of adventures with Pedro all over the world, they decided to open a corporation with the unique purpose of joining the Extensive and Unique experience Pedro has in taking care of the Largest Boats all over the world and Jaros talent in the Administrative field.
The main objective of the P&J Yachts is to use the experience and knowledge of Jaros and Pedro to decrease all concern that boat owners have with their property, creating a very good environment between the crew and the boat owners and on the other side managing, accounting, chartering, selling, maintaining the boat, in other words, the only thing the onset will have to do is enjoy their time and feel safe and in capable hands.
The uniqueness that P&J Yachts has offer to serve their clients is the deep relationships with people around the world, people that boat owners need to have the best places, engineers, part suppliers, marinas, everything and they bring passion for the sea.
